Our
furniture is warranted to be
free from material defects
in construction and
workmanship under normal
household use for a period
of one year from the date of
purchase. This Limited
Warranty will not apply to
damages resulting from
normal wear and tear,
neglect, commercial use,
exposure to extreme hot or
cold, high or low humidity,
accidental damage,
intentional damage, damage
from shipping or
transportation. Solid wood
does expand and contract
with changes in humidity.
You may see temporary gaps
where your table leaf meets
the table top; these changes
are normal and are not
considered manufacturing
defects.
Any products found to be
defective during this period
will be exchanged, repaired,
or replaced at our
discretion. R.H. LeMieur
Corp. has the sole
discretion as to how this
warranty service will be
rendered.
All warranty service and
activities must be rendered
by a R.H. LeMieur Corp.
dealer. All repairs and
service made by, or ordered
by said dealer must be
approved in writing by R.H.
LeMieur Corp. in advance to
receive reimbursement. All
warranty activity must be
authorized by R.H. LeMieur
Corp.
To enter a warranty claim,
the dealer must submit a
receipt to prove the
purchase date of the item in
the claim. Return shipping
and packing charges must be
prepaid by the purchasing
dealer. Return back to
dealer shipping and packing
charges to be paid by R.H.
LeMieur Corp.
